ZAMBOANGA CITY ? Troops have been deployed for election

duty in the town of Banguingui, Sulu, the military said Sunday.

Deployed were the personnel of the 112th Division Reconnaissance Company led by 1st Lt Dexter Mamma.

Brig. Gen. Alaric Avelino Delos Santos, 1102nd Infantry Brigade commander, officiated the send-off ceremony on Saturday at Alla on

Pier in Tandu Bato village, Luuk, Sulu.

Delos Santos said their presence in Banguingui town will reinforce security measures and uphold the sanctity of the elections. DMS
