New COVID-19 cases reached almost 2,000, the Department of Health (DOH) said Thursday.
Out of the 1, 936 cases, the National Capital Region accounted for 849.
Quezon City had the most number of cases with 163 followed by Manila, 119 and Makati, 115.
Three deaths from COVID-19 were reported while 813 recovered, DOH said. DMS
