Twenty five persons were reported dead from two storms and the enhanced southwest monsoon, with the National Capital Region accounted for the biggest number of deaths with nine.

But the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said that only three deaths were confirmed and 22 are subject for confirmation.

Damage to infrastructure reached P3.987 billion while for agriculture, it amounted to P366 million.

Around 1,065 families or 167,257 were inside evacuation centers while 111, 454 are staying with their relatives or in other areas. DMS
