In its 8 pm bulletin, ''Paulo'' had winds of up to 110 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 135 kilometers per hour as it moved at 35 kilometers per hour on a west northwest trek, which means it will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday morning.
