At least 26 were reported from three Philippine storms that struck the country almost a week of each other and the southwest monsoon, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council said Sunday night.
Four were confirmed dead and the NDRRMC said it is validating 22 casualties and 14 missing, it added.
Fourteen were confirmed injured but reports of 19 hurt were still being checked, NDRRMC said.
In the validated report, four casualties were at the Cordillera Administrative Region.
In the unvalidated report, nine casualties were reported in the Bicol Region, eight in the Cordillera Administrative Region. Twelve of the missing were in Eastern Visayas.
Affected by the storms were 2.8 million persons equivalent to 739, 263 families but 163, 127 were served in 2,678 evacuation centers.
Damage to agriculture reached P1.007 billion as production losses reach P86 million.
