Majority of Filipinos remain dissatisfied with the government's move to lower prices of commodities even though the number declined from March, Pulse Asia said Thursday.

In a survey taken from June 26 to 30, Pulse Asia said 66 percent of respondents voiced their disapproval on the government's lowering inflation as of June even as it showed an improvement of 13 percent from 79 percent from March.

However, in terms of reducing poverty of many Filipinos, fifty four percent said they disapproved of the government's response on reducing poverty from 48 percent in March.

Economic concerns topped Filipinos' most urgent national concerns with 62 percent putting controlling inflation at the top of their list followed by increasing workers' pay at 51 percent.

On personal concerns, seventy one percent express concern about staying healthy compared to 64 percent a year ago.
