Rains forecast over Metro Manila Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon

Rains between 50 to 100 milimeters are forecast in Metro Manila and other areas on Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon due to a low pressure area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.

Other areas to experience 50 to 100 millimeters of rain are Rizal, Nueva Ecija, Cagayan, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Bulacan.

A low pressure area entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility near Mindanao on Sunday and forecasters say it could become a tropical depression within 24 hours. DMS
