Face-to-face classes in public schools in the National Capital Region are suspended on Monday and Tuesday following the rise in influenza-like illnesses and the recent series of earthquakes, the regional Department of Education (DepEd) announced Sunday.
This will allow for ''disinfection, sanitation and building inspection'' of classes.
Schools will implement alternate delivery modalities, either synchronous and asynchronous to avoid disruptions of learning, the DepEd-NCR said. DMS
