After the proclamation of the 12 new senators-elect last Saturday, the Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), is set to name the winning partylist groups in the last May 12 polls on Monday,

Comelec Chairman George Garcia said the proclamation is expected to include all winning partylists organizations out of the 155 groups that ran in the last elections.

"We will have full proclamation of (winning) party-list groups. There will be no partial proclamation," said Garcia in a press briefing.

The identity of party-list groups to be proclaimed and the number of allocated seats for each of them are, however, still being finalized by the NBOC. A Comelec resolution will be read on Monday, said Garcia.

Based on the National Certificate of Canvass (NCOC) released by the NBOC, the top party-list groups are Akbayan (2,779,621), Duterte Youth (2,338,564), Tingog (1,822,708), 4Ps (1,469,571), ACT-CIS (1,239,930), Ako Bicol (1,073,119), Uswag Ilonggo (777,754), Solid North (765,322), Trabaho (709,283), and Cibac (593,911).

A total of 63 seats for party-list representatives are set to be filled up. DMS
