The chairman of a barangay in Batangas was shot dead by three gunmen in his garage, police said Saturday.
Police said Eduardo Panganiban, chairman of Barangay Panghayaan, was shot several times at 7 am. He was rushed to the Santo Rosario hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
